Alberta budget to include natural gas rebate

Many of us continue to struggle to pay for home heating costs and Premier Jason Kenney says a Natural Gas Rebate will be included in Alberta’s next budget in 2022.

“It will be similar to programs that we’ve had in Alberta to address very high gas prices and the details will be announced next week,” Kenney said Wednesday.

Finance Minister Travis Toews will motion the budget next Thursday.
