The double-A elite hockey program is one of 144 teams from 13 different countries to compete in the Quebec International Pee Wee Hockey Tournament.

According to the tournament website, it’s the Jr. Oil Barons’ first foray in the major competition.

Normally held in February, officials postponed the tournament due to COVID-19 protocols.
