“It’s very important to me that young people have the opportunity to be actively involved in the community and with the Municipality. I encourage youth across the region to apply and I look forward to working alongside the next MACOY group in the fall.”

MACOY consists of 28 members, with two spots on the committee reserved for each high school in Wood Buffalo to ensure adequate representation.

Volunteers are also involved in community events throughout the year.
