Officers with Wood Buffalo RCMP responded to a plane crash Wednesday morning.
Just after 11:30 a.m., Mounties were called to the area of Grande Forestry Runway by the pilot of a small plane who said he crashed nearby.
Wood Buffalo RCMP and EMS went to the crash site, however, no one was injured in the crash.
The pilot, a 32-year-old man, and passenger, a 35-year-old man, both from Fort McMurray, were found safely.
The Transportation Safety Board of Canada has taken over the investigation.
