A multi-vehicle crash southeast of Edmonton, Alta., has claimed the life of a 40-year-old woman from Fort McMurray.
RCMP in Strathcona County say two people were killed in a four vehicle collision on the morning of Dec. 9, 2022, on Highway 21.
Emergency crews pronounced the 40-year-old and a 21-year-old woman from Strathcona County dead at the scene.
Two others have been transported to hospital with unknown injuries.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
