Wood Buffalo RCMP say a house fire turned fatal, after a man was declared dead at the scene in the neighbourhood of Abasand on Jan. 3, 2023.
Fire crews responded to the fire at around 9:30am.
RCMP say when crews extinguished the blaze, a 63-year-old man was found inside.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and Fire Investigators continue to investigate.
