Man arrested by RCMP on Allison Bay Reserve
A 44-year-old man from Fort Chipewyan faces numerous charges, including assault and possession for the purpose of trafficking, after being arrested by RCMP on the Allison Bay Reserve on May 11, 2023.

Fort Chipewyan RCMP have arrested and charged a man following a disturbance on the Allison Bay Reserve.
According to police on May 11, 2023, officers responded to the area and apprehended a male suspect.
During the arrest, RCMP seized 42 grams of suspected cocaine and $1000 cash.

A 44-year-old man from Fort Chipewyan has been charged with the following:
- Assault
- Mischief under $5000
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of property obtained by crime
Released with conditions, he’s scheduled to appear in court on June 1, 2023.
