Support for Bo Cooper’s battle is traveling throughout the province and the Fort Saskatchewan Fire Department is doing their part to help Bo’s fight.
The FSFD will be playing a hockey game against the Edmonton Oilers alumni to raise money and support for their fellow firefighter.
The game will be played on January 2, 2016 at 8:45 pm. at the JRC in Fort Saskatchewan.
Oilers alumni have jumped at the chance to help out. Notable players playing include; Ryan Smyth, Craig MacTavish, Louie DeBrusk, and Fernando Pisani.
Tickets to the game are $30 and are available through members of the FSFD, at the fire hall 780-998-4858 or by emailing mikel@northgategm.com.
There will also be a silent auction during the game with all kinds of signed memorabilia.
