The province reported two new cases of COVID-19 in the RMWB.

Both new cases are in Fort McMurray, which has eight active cases and 72 recoveries.

Alberta corrected a previous report listing one active and 59 recoveries outside the urban service area.

It determined one previous case in the region did not recover from COVID-19.

There are now two active cases and 58 recovered cases among Wood Buffalo’s rural hamlets.
